Digital Identity Community of Practice 2025 Q3 Meeting: Beneficiary Feedback on Identity Proofing
On July 16, members of the Digital Identity Community of practice gathered to learn how peers are gathering beneficiary feedback on their experiences with accounts and proving their identity.
Featured guests included Aidan Barrett, the PEAK Digital Communications Specialist for Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, who shared about the PEAK benefits platform’s efforts to learn from user feedback.
Members also heard from Brielle Mariucci, Consultant, and Jaime Stock, Fellow, of Public Policy Lab who shared a sneak peek into our collaborative Digital Doorways research in AZ, MA, and NY to understand beneficiaries’ experiences with accounts, identity verification, and digital access.
