An interview question bank for Digital Service Team (DST) recruitment and hiring. The question bank is designed specifically for the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. The bank is the first-of-its-kind in that it will be universally applicable to DST hiring in all levels of government. It includes questions that touch on the unique aspects that make DSTs different from both traditional public and private sector work; such questions include examinations of candidate motivations, interest in creating effective digital solutions for public sector problems, and how they hope to interact with clients, customers, and colleagues.
