Coordinating SNAP and Nutrition Supports

Coordinating SNAP & Nutrition Supports (CSNS) is a cohort program developed by the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) and No Kid Hungry, a national campaign run by Share Our Strength.

Led by the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA), the CSNS initiative seeks to enhance collaboration between SNAP and nutrition programs like WIC, school meals, and food banks.

It focuses on reducing administrative burdens, streamlining access to nutrition support, and improving service delivery for individuals and families facing food insecurity. Through policy recommendations, research, and partnerships, the initiative works to align public and private resources, ensuring that nutrition assistance programs operate more efficiently and effectively. By fostering innovation and cross-sector coordination, CSNS aims to create a more responsive and integrated nutrition support system across the U.S.
