The Digital Benefits Network (DBN) held its second quarterly call for its Digital Identity Community of Practice on Thursday April 17, 2025. The call focused around exploring client support models in digital identity.

Special guests included Connie LaSalle of the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) who shared an update on the Balance ID project, a collaboration between NIST, the Center for Democracy and Technology, and the DBN, and Community of Practice Member Erica Seery of MyMassGov who shared the department’s approach to digital identity and client support models.

The call wrapped with members sharing insights gained during discussion groups (not recorded) and announcements and upcoming events.
