International Work on Human Centered Form Design
This session from FormFest 2024 focused on human centered form improvements from the City of Reykjavik and the German Digital Service’s form simplification project.
This video features two presentations from FormFest 2024.
The first session, titled “From paper to progress: Reykjavík’s transformation of student support forms,” showcases Reykjavik’s journey from a cumbersome paper-based system to a streamlined digital solution, dramatically improving response times and care quality for students in need.
The second session, titled “The triangle of success: Involving the right parties in the form design process,” showcases how DigitalService (the German government’s central digitalization unit) improves forms by understanding the requirements on both sides of the screen.
