The KFF 50-state review finds that while most states offer some translated Medicaid information and basic accessibility features on websites and applications, significant gaps remain in language options, accessible formats, and other accommodations for people with limited English proficiency and/or disabilities—potentially increasing barriers to accessing Medicaid information ahead of the end of continuous coverage requirements after the COVID-19 public health emergency.
