The State of California has released a draft of the state's Digital Equity Plan
The State of California has taken a major step toward closing the digital divide with the release of the draft Digital Equity Plan. The plan will allow the state to apply for a Digital Equity Capacity Grant funded by the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) of 2021.
