British Columbia’s Digital Code of Practice Engagement Platform
Screenshot of the British Columbia's Digital Code of Practice Engagement Platform.
When developing their Digital Code of Practice, the Government of British Columbia utilized an engagement platform to gather feedback. This internal engagement platform allowed both internal staff and external vendors to provide feedback and comments on the draft, as well as reply to and upvote comments of others. This approach of “working in the open” allowed the draft to be developed in an iterative, user-centered way.
