Determining the true value of a website: A GSA case study
GSA has developed a composite indicator to visualize six key components of website success.
This case study discusses how the Digital.gov and the General Services Administration (GSA) are approaching maintaining the content and functionality of their websites and which should or shouldn’t exist. This resource discusses the various metrics by which they’re evaluating their websites, which they call “The Enterprise Digital Experience composite indicator.” This composite indicator considers accessibility, customer-centricity, performance and search engine optimization, required links, user behavior, and U.S. Web Design System implementation.
