Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) launched a three-year (2024-2026) strategic plan centered around three key goals: optimize service delivery for customers, cultivate an flexible and innovative workplace, and establish WaTech's role as a statewide technology leader.
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) launched a three-year (2024-2026) strategic plan centered around three key goals. First, WaTech aims to use modern technology to improve the ways in which services are delivered to its customers. This includes focusing on customer needs, updating technology, and strengthening partnerships. Second, WaTech will invest resources into its team to foster new ideas and build trust within the organization. This involves creating a flexible and innovative workplace, attracting top talent, and encouraging professional growth. Third, WaTech aims to serve as a technology leader by offering strategic guidance and support across the state of Washington. To put the strategic goals to action, WaTech formed three “Goal Teams,” with each team responsible for advancing the priorities and supporting initiatives of a specific strategic goal. Goal Teams are comprised of cross-functional and multi-disciplinary representatives drawn from across WaTech’s workforce.
