City of Syracuse’s MWBE Online Application
The iteration of City of Syracuse's Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Certification Application
The City of Syracuse underwent a procurement transformation project. In this work, the Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Certification Application was identified as a pain-point in the procurement process. The original application was lengthy, complicated, and paper-based application that was required to become a certified MWBE vendor. The team relaunched the form after close review and redesign. The new application provided paper and web-based options, as well as applicant checklists. In this resource, you can view the original application as well as the new paper and digital-based applications.
