Information Technology Executive 2 (Senior Business Analyst)

Salary – $92,030.00 – $139,815.00 Annually
THE POSITION
The Governor’s Office of Administration is seeking an informational technology executive 2 to join our growing and innovative Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience PA team!  This position is responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to the CODE PA Office. This position collaborates with stakeholders to better understand and document the capabilities needed to address challenges in the meeting the Commonwealth digital experience objectives. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an informational technology executive 2, you will identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the office.  This position facilitates the development of business/functional/systems requirements and process models through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and other tools during project planning activities and also through the change management process. In this role you will ensure alignment and define success measures for projects/technical solutions in relation to the current corporate goals and strategies. This position evaluates the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. and serves as a liaison between business and information Technology groups.
