Salary – $92,030.00 – $139,815.00 Annually

This position is responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to the CODE PA Office. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an informational technology executive 2, you will identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the office. This position facilitates the development of business/functional/systems requirements and process models through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and other tools during project planning activities and also through the change management process. In this role you will ensure alignment and define success measures for projects/technical solutions in relation to the current corporate goals and strategies. This position evaluates the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. and serves as a liaison between business and information Technology groups.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 60-minute lunch.

- Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework), part time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

- Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
- Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Five years of experience as a Product Manager/Analyst/Lead role for a consumer facing product or service.
- Three years of experience using statistical and analytic software and tools (examples include: R, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Certification, or three years of professional experience, in Design Thinking methodologies.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
