Executive Order 2023-19: Expanding and Governing the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Technologies Within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania which establishes responsive and responsible standards for the governance of Generative AI when used by Agencies. It also creates the Generative AI Governing Board which is tasked with recommending employee-centered guidance and direction on the design, development, procurement, and deployment of Generative AI in Agencies.
