The Commonwealth of Virginia’s Executive Order Number Five to ensure responsible, ethical, and transparent use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology by state government. It directs the Office of Regulatory Management, in coordination with the Chief Information Officer and relevant Secretariats, to establish standards for the use of AAI technology by state government and identify areas for piloting and testing of AI to make government better for Virginians.
