Digital Service Network 2024 Year in Review

The Digital Service Network (DSN) empowers governments to use human-centered strategies to deliver digital services that meet the needs and expectations of the people who use them.

We’re so excited about all the great work we did together in 2024 and look forward to another year of growth, connection, and learning in 2025.

Publications

In 2024 we published 27 new spotlights, tools, resources, and recaps. We believe that by documenting and sharing stories in government digital service delivery, we can inspire others and elevate promising practices. We also leverage our research to document changes in the landscape while evaluating and disseminating leading-edge approaches to government digital service delivery.

Spotlights

We showcased the work of nine governments from across the country in our Spotlight Series. DSN Spotlights are short-form project profiles that feature exciting work happening across our network of digital government practitioners. Spotlights celebrate our members’ stories, lift up actionable takeaways for other practitioners, and put the examples we host in the Digital Government Hub in context.

Research and Toolkits

We published new research, resources, and toolkits. We research and learn about digital transformation work across the landscape to spark conversation and advance best practices. We also strive to make the work we do replicable, by creating toolkits, templates, and resources to make the research we conduct actionable.
