Join the Digital Benefits Network at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University on September 15th to get an in-depth read-out on our new research project, “Digital Doorways to Public Benefits: Beneficiary Experiences with Digital Identity.”
Conducted in partnership with Public Policy Lab, this research project amplifies the lived experiences of beneficiaries and provides new insights into people’s experiences with digital identity processes and technology in public benefits.
During the webinar, attendees will hear directly from the research team about our process, what we learned, and the recommendations we’re making to support state agencies. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share your ideas for future research.
