Digital Identity Community of Practice Quarterly Meeting
This quarterly call will focus on strategies to provide support to clients navigating account creation, account management, and identity verification.
Following a brief presentation, members will participate in breakout conversations to share technical support approaches and challenges, and collaborate on ways to improve client’s digital identity experiences. We will also share an update from our ongoing BalanceID project.
