We’ll hear from Aidan B., PEAK Digital Communications Specialist for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing – HCPF, who will share about the PEAK benefits platform’s efforts to understand user experiences. We’ll also share a sneak peek into the DBN and Public Policy Lab’s research in three states to learn more about SNAP, Medicaid, and unemployment beneficiaries’ experiences with accounts, identity proofing, and digital access.
