Earlier this month the Digital Benefit’s Network released our latest research report, Digital Doorways to Public Benefits: Beneficiary Experiences with Digital Identity.
Conducted in partnership with Public Policy Lab this research project explores how digital identity processes impact beneficiaries’ experiences accessing public benefits.
