APHSA is a bipartisan membership organization of state, county, and city human services agencies. APHSA members administer, oversee, and align programs that advance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. APHSA routinely hosts virtual and in-person convenings that connect human services members across states and across programs, and with national policymakers, and with technical experts and researchers. Among its 9 affinity groups, APHSA hosts the associations of SNAP directors, child care administrators, and TANF administrators.
