Since its founding in 2022, the Digital Service Network has connected, supported, and advised public servants in using human-centered strategies to deliver digital services that meet the needs and expectations of people who use them.
DSN Spotlights celebrate stories about human-centered digital government service delivery, lift up actionable takeaways for other public servants, and put the resources and examples we host in the Digital Government Hub in context. From gender-inclusive forms to digital library cards, we’ve had the privilege of showcasing digital initiatives led by more than a dozen governments across North America since we launched our Spotlight series in May 2023.
